Exporting Share Link Data

Let’s walk through the Share Links section on the Overall Engagement page — a dedicated place to see and export data on every share link across your library.

Where to Find It

Open Engagement > Overall Activity. Scroll below the Sharing Leaderboard to find the Share Links section, showing share link activity across your library.

Filtering Share Link Data

Narrow what you’re looking at using any combination of:

• Date

• Library

• Microapp

Exporting the Data

1. Set your filters — date, library, and microapp, as needed.

2. Select Export — from the option in the top navigation of the section.

3. Download the file — once processing completes.

Pro Tip: Filter by a single microapp before exporting if you only need share performance for one piece of content — it keeps the export focused and easier to work with.
