Tiled plugin: How to assign new microapps to a Tiled category in Adobe XD and Sketch

Assigning existing categories and creating new categories help streamline your design flow. We are here to provide you with as many options within the plugin so that you don't have to jump between Tiled and your design tool as often.

Note: You must be an Admin or Editor to access the Tiled plugin
Note: The screenshots used are from the Tiled plugin for Adobe XD, however, the Sketch version is very similar

1. Log into the Tiled plugin in Adobe XD or Sketch
2. Select '+New' to create a new microapp

Note: You will see a dropdown labeled 'Tiled category' in the New Microapp modal

Assigning an existing Tiled Category

1. Click the 'Tiled category' dropdown
2. Select one of the options in the dropdown
3. Click 'Create' 

Note: Your new microapp will appear in the existing category you have chosen in your Tiled Library

Creating a new Tiled Category

1. Click the 'Tiled category' dropdown
2. Select 'Create a new category' 

3. Name your new category

4. Click 'Create' 
Note: Your new microapp will appear in the new category you have created within your Tiled Library
