Library Archive, Personalization Enhancements, and Extended Analytics Export

This guide covers three updates: the ability to archive empty libraries, two improvements to the personalization experience in the Viewer, and an extended date range for analytics exports.

Library Archive

Library Administrators can archive an empty library, removing it from the standard library list without deleting it. A library must be empty before it can be archived — all microapps, drafts, and archived microapps within it need to be moved to another library or deleted first.

How to Archive a Library

1. Move or delete all microapps, drafts, and archived microapps within the library so that it's empty.

2. Navigate to Library management.

3. Select Archive Library for the library you want to archive.

4. The library is immediately hidden from the standard library list.

How to Restore an Archived Library

1. In Library management, navigate to Archived Libraries.

2. Locate the archived library.

3. Select Restore to make it visible in the standard library list again.

Note: Only Library Administrators can archive or restore libraries. Editors and Viewers do not have access to this action.

Text Personalization Auto-Expand

Personalized text fields in the Viewer now automatically display their full content. Previously, long personalized text values were truncated and required an extra tap to see the complete text. No action is needed — the expanded display is automatic.

Auto-Advance Toggle for Personalization Fields

A new toggle in the personalization Viewer controls whether focus automatically moves to the next field after the current one is completed.

Setting

Behavior

Auto-advance on (default)

After completing a field, focus moves automatically to the next personalization field

Auto-advance off

Fields can be completed in any order — focus does not advance automatically after each entry

Use auto-advance off when you prefer to fill in fields non-sequentially or want more control over the order in which you complete a personalized microapp.

Extended Analytics Export Date Range

The analytics export date range picker has been extended. You can now select any start and end date up through today when generating an export, giving you a longer historical window for period-close reporting and retrospective analysis.

Common Questions

Can I archive a library and restore it later?

Yes — archived libraries can be restored at any time from the Archived Libraries view in Library management.

How far back can I select when exporting analytics?

The analytics export date range now lets you select any start date and end date up through today — there's no fixed maximum lookback window as before.

Does the auto-advance setting apply to all personalized microapps or just specific ones?

The auto-advance toggle is a viewer-level setting controlled per session. Check the personalization panel in the Viewer to confirm the toggle's location and scope.
