Library Archive, Personalization Enhancements & Analytics Update
Archive inactive libraries without deletion; text personalization auto-expand and auto-advance controls; extended analytics export date range
Library Administrators can now archive a library, making it hidden from the standard library list without deleting it or its contents. Archived libraries and all their microapps remain intact and are recoverable.
|
Archive a Library |
From Library management, select Archive Library. The library is immediately hidden from the standard list. |
|
Content Preservation |
All microapps, assets, and settings within an archived library are fully preserved. Archiving does not delete any content. |
|
Access Archived Libraries |
Archived libraries are accessible via the Archived Libraries view in Library management. Administrators can restore an archived library at any time. |
|
Who Can Archive |
Library Administrators only. Editors and Viewers cannot archive libraries. |
2. Text Personalization Auto-Expand (TD-6734)
Personalized text fields in the Viewer now automatically expand to show their full content. Previously, long personalized text values were truncated and required a manual tap to expand.
|
Before v61.0.1 |
Long personalized text values appeared truncated in the Viewer. An additional tap was required to see the full value. |
|
After v61.0.1 |
Personalized text fields display their full content automatically. No additional interaction required. |
3. Toggle for Auto-Advance in Personalization (TD-6735)
A new toggle in the personalization Viewer lets users control whether focus automatically advances to the next personalization field after the current one is completed.
|
Auto-Advance On (default) |
After completing a field, the Viewer automatically moves focus to the next personalization field. |
|
Auto-Advance Off |
Fields can be completed in any order. Focus does not move automatically after each entry. |
4. Analytics Export Max Date Update (TD-6848)
The maximum date range for analytics exports has been extended, enabling longer historical queries for customers running period-close reporting or retrospective analysis.
|
Note: This update works together with the dateEnd parameter available in the Analytics API. Use dateEnd to define a precise date-range boundary, and the extended max date to query longer historical windows without export limit errors. |
