      Logging into the Tiled Plugins

       

      • You must be an Admin or Editor within Tiled to log into the Tiled plugin for Adobe XD and Sketch
      • You do not need to be logged into your Tiled account within a browser to use the Tiled plugin

      Log into the Tiled plugins using Tiled email credentials

        1. Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the Tiled plugin installed for Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
        2. Open the plugin.
        3. Add your Tiled login credentials to the Email and Password form fields.
        4. Click Sign In.
      Log into the Tiled plugins using SSO

      If your company leverages single sign-on when logging into Tiled, you will be authenticated the same way with our Tiled plugin for Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma. You must have SSO enabled within Tiled's account settings before using this feature.

      1. Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the Tiled plugin installed for Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
      2. Open the plugin.
      3. Select Google or Okta button to continue your authentication in a web browser.
      4. Add your company domain.
      5. Add your SSO login information to receive a confirmation message as well as a link to go back to the plugin.
      • If you wait over 5 minutes to being the authentication process you will see a time-out message appear and must go back to the plugin to start the login process again.
      • If you log in with incorrect information or incorrect permissions, you will see the associated error message to help guide you.
