Share Form Unification & HubSpot Integration

A single, consistent share flow from every entry point, with updated HubSpot settings and the return of the hide-loader option for embedded shares

1. Overview

v61.0.1 delivers a major consolidation of the Tiled share experience. Previously, initiating a share from different surfaces (Builder, Library, direct share) led to different UIs with different options available. The Share Form unification brings all share entry points to a single, consistent flow. HubSpot integration settings have been redesigned for clarity, and the hide-loader option for embedded shares is restored.

2. Unified Share Form (TD-6755, TD-6757)

What Changed

All share actions — from the Builder, the Library card, direct share, and embed share — now open the same unified share form. Every share entry point surfaces the full set of configuration options.

Configuration Options Available Everywhere

Email gating, password protection, hide loader (for embeds), and HubSpot form integration are now consistently available regardless of where sharing is initiated.

Share Form UI Update (TD-6757)

The share form visual design has been updated for clarity and consistency with the v61 UI standards.

3. HubSpot Integration Settings Update (TD-6724)

The HubSpot integration settings panel in Library Administration has been redesigned to make configuration clearer and more accessible. Administrators configuring HubSpot form IDs for share links will find the workflow more straightforward in v61.0.1.

Note: The HubSpot integration transmits engagement and form data to your connected HubSpot account. Ensure your HubSpot Data Processing Agreement covers this use case. Tiled transmits only the data fields you configure — no additional personal data is sent without explicit configuration.

4. Re-Add Hide Loader for Embed Shares (TD-6855)

The 'Hide loader' checkbox for embedded microapp shares has been restored. This option suppresses the loading indicator when a microapp is embedded in a third-party web page, enabling a seamless first-render experience for embedded content.

Hide Loader: Off (default)

A loading indicator is shown to viewers while the embedded microapp loads.

Hide Loader: On

No loading indicator is shown. The microapp renders directly when content is ready. Viewers may see a brief blank frame while the microapp loads.
