Slack Integration

Receive Tiled notifications in a Slack channel when a microapp is published or a share link gets engagement

Overview

The Tiled Slack integration posts notifications to a Slack channel of your choice when key events happen in your Tiled account. Instead of checking the Tiled dashboard or waiting for a report, your team sees activity as it happens, with a link back into Tiled for each event.

What Slack Receives

Microapp published

A message posts when a microapp is published, with the microapp name and a link back into Tiled.

Share engagement

A message posts when a share link receives engagement, with the share and microapp details and a link to the engagement view.

How to Set It Up

Once the integration is enabled for your account:

1. Go to Account Settings and open the Integrations panel.

2. Select Slack and connect through the Slack sign-in flow.

3. Choose the Slack channel where Tiled should post notifications.

4. Save. Tiled begins posting to that channel for the configured events.

Note: Only one Slack workspace and channel can be configured per Tiled account at a time. Admins can update or disconnect the integration from the same Integrations panel at any time.
