Asset Panel (Filter, In Use vs. Not Used & Sort) 2.0

Assets are the image & video elements that shape your microapp. While you can see more on how to Add Assets to your Microapp - this article covers how to filter and sort the assets within your microapp:

To filter or sort your assets, simply click on the Filter button to the right of your Asset Search Bar.

Filter by Usage

Filtering your assets by usage lets you view all assets, only assets currently in use, or only assets not in use. You can also narrow results by a specific page or adaptive size (a responsive layout variation within your microapp).

All - This is the default view, so that you have visibility into all assets within your project.

In Use - To see only assets that are currently in use, select In Use and then open the Show assets used on: dropdown to choose from the following filters:

    • Any page or adaptive size: Show me the assets in use on any page or adaptive size
    • Current page only: Show me only the assets on the microapp page you're viewing
    • By adaptive format: Show me just the assets on a particular format

Not Used - Assets that have been uploaded to your microapp but are not currently placed on any page.

By Name - Sort your assets alphabetically (Toggle between ascending & descending)

By Date - Sort your assets by upload date (Toggle between oldest & most recent)
