Import/export stability, personalization, share link correctness, and Builder 2.0 hover and hotspot constraints — December 2025
This bulletin documents all defect resolutions shipped in Tiled v55.0.1 across three categories: import/export and personalization stability, share link correctness and security, and Builder 2.0 hover and hotspot constraints. It constitutes the formal corrective action record for SOC 2 CC7.4 (Incident Response) requirements.

Asset references within exported microapp packages were not resolving correctly on reimport in certain configurations, resulting in broken image or video tiles after import. The asset reference resolution in the export/import pipeline has been corrected. |

Personalized text tiles were rendering incorrectly in share links in certain configurations — specifically, multi-line text with custom line height was collapsing to a single line on the share link view. Text rendering for personalized tiles in share links is now consistent with the Viewer. |

Password-protected share links were not reliably enforcing the password gate in certain browser configurations. The password gate enforcement logic has been hardened to apply consistently across all supported browsers and session states. |

The Seismic integration info endpoint was returning intermittent errors under load, causing Seismic to fail to retrieve microapp metadata. The endpoint has been stabilized with improved error handling and retry logic. |

Hover effect previews in Builder 2.0 were not constrained to the tile boundary — the hover animation could visually overflow the tile's bounding box during preview. Hover previews are now clipped to the tile boundary, matching the behavior in the Viewer. |

Builder 2.0 — Hotspot Preview Constraints |
Multi-target hotspot tile previews in Builder 2.0 were overflowing the tile's configured boundary in the Builder canvas, making the hotspot appear larger than its actual interactive area. Hotspot preview rendering is now correctly constrained to the tile boundary in the Builder. |

Note: TD-6313 (hotspot overflow) is the same defect tracked through the December 2025 QA cycle (referenced in KB-vDec25-04). The fix shipped in v55.0.1 (December 9, 2025) and was also aiming for inclusion in the December release. This bulletin entry confirms it shipped. |
