      Document Conversion

      Leverage your existing sales content to get your microapp journey started using a PDF, PPTX, or Google Slide

      1. Click the +New Microapp button in the Library
      2. Choose one of the existing file upload options (PDF/PPTX or Google Slide)
        1. Import a PDF or PPTX from your computer
        2. Add your Google Slide URL

      3. Wait for the system to process your file into microapp pages in the builder

      4. Click the Generate button to generate tiles for all the images and text on any given page
        1. Individual assets will be generated for each tile and listed in the asset panel
      5. Click the Revert button to revert the pages back to flat images without tiles
        1. Assets previously generated for the tiles will be removed from the asset panel
       

      INFO

      • Google slide URL must be public and still exist to create a microapp or you will receive errors
      • The larger your file, the longer it will take to process the file
      • All changes to a page before clicking the Generate or Revert button will be lost (changes include manually adding assets or tiles to the page)
      • Generate and Revert buttons will be removed from pages where the background has been replaced or deleted. 

      WARNING File size limits 

      • PDF: Unlimited 
      • Powerpoint: 30mb
      • Google Slides: 10mb
