What Tiled embeds and how third-party tools fit into the microapp experience

Overview

Tiled embeds virtually any web-based content. If it renders in a browser, it lives inside a Tiled microapp. There are no meaningful platform restrictions on what embeds.

Note: Embedding and offline access are independent capabilities. Whether content works offline depends on how that content is served, not on whether it is embedded. 

What Tiled Embeds

Third-party forms

Salesforce forms, HubSpot forms, DocuSign, PandaDoc, and any web form embed directly in a microapp tile. Buyers fill them out without leaving the experience.

Signature and quote tools

Tiled does not generate proposals, quotes, or contracts natively. Signature and quote tools embed within the experience or link from a call-to-action at the end. Buyers move from presentation to signature in one flow.

Web applications

Portals, configurators, calculators, and other web applications embed as interactive tiles.

Video

Native video tiles and video from YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, or any custom URL all work.

iFrames and HTML

Any content that renders in an iframe embeds in Tiled. No platform restrictions.

Proposals, Quotes, and Signature

Tiled does not natively generate proposals, quotes, or contracts. The standard approach:

• Quote or pricing summary: embed it as a section within the microapp. Salesforce CPQ, PandaDoc, and similar tools all work.

• Signature: link to a signature tool from a call-to-action button at the end of the presentation.

Buyers get a complete journey from discovery through signature. Tiled measures engagement across every step.

Can a Get Started or Sign button link to an external tool?

Yes. Any tile links to an external URL: a DocuSign envelope, a PandaDoc document, a Salesforce opportunity, or any other destination.

Does embedded content work offline?

Only native Tiled content works offline. Content delivered via iframe or external connection requires an internet connection.
