Enable an Asset Library for Personalization

Admins and Editors leveraging the Asset Library can enable specific libraries for personalizing instances. Instance creators can select images and videos within asset libraries to personalize dynamic fields.

Turn on personalization for an asset library

1. Click the Asset tab and select an Asset Library from the left pane.
2. Click the three-dot menu.
3. Turn the Enable for Personalization toggle on.

Access asset libraries when personalizing a microapp

1. Open a personalizable microapp.
2. Create an instance and go into edit-mode.
3. Click the replace button for any dynamic image or video.
4. Click the Choose from Asset Library option in the dropdown menu.
5. Select an image or video from one of the asset libraries available within the asset picker.
6. Click Insert.
