[Seismic](https://support.tiled.co/useful-resources#seismic) # How to upload a microapp to a Seismic tenant A **microapp** is an interactive, self-contained content experience created in Tiled. To import a microapp from Tiled into Seismic, download it from the Tiled Hub as a `.tiled` file, then upload it to your Seismic Library using the **Import microapp** option. The steps below walk through the full process. **Before you begin:** Ensure you have Admin or Content Manager permissions in your Seismic tenant and access to the Tiled Hub where the microapp is published. ## How do I import a microapp from Tiled into Seismic? To import a microapp into Seismic, download the `.tiled` file from the Tiled Hub, then upload it to your Seismic Library using **+ New \> Import microapp**. Follow the steps below to complete the process. 1. Identify the microapp you wish to import into Seismic from the Tiled Hub. 2. Hover over the microapp cover image and select **Download**. Tiled will send a download link to the email address associated with your account. 3. Check your email and download the microapp. The file will be in `.tiled` format, a proprietary format that can only be opened by uploading it to Tiled or Seismic. 4. From your Seismic tenant navigate to **Library**. 5. Add a new asset by clicking **+ New**. 6. From the dropdown menu that appears, select **Import microapp**. 7. In the file picker dialog, choose your `.tiled` file and select **Open** or **Upload**. 8. Once the upload completes, the microapp will appear in the Library and is ready to share. ## Troubleshooting If the download email does not arrive shortly after selecting **Download**, check your spam folder.
