Library Engagement

Overview

The Engagement tab now shows library-level activity in a redesigned layout: summary stats, a session trend chart, active users over time, a share-type breakdown, and lists of recent activity and top-performing microapps, all on one page. The previous layout remains available as Classic view.

Accessing Library Engagement

Select Engagement in the top navigation. The page opens to the selected library's engagement view, labeled Library Engagement, showing the library name and its creation date.

Summary Stats

Four stat cards summarize activity for the selected date range, each with period-over-period comparison:

Total Sessions	The total number of sessions across the library in the selected date range.
Active Microapps	The number of microapps with at least one session in the selected date range.
Active Users	The number of Tiled users with activity in the selected date range.
Total Shares	The total number of shares created in the selected date range, with the number of distinct microapps they span.

Date Range

A date range selector controls the window for every chart and stat on the page:

• Last 7 days

• Last 30 days

• Last 90 days

• This Year

• Last Year

Note: Changing the date range updates every section on the page, including the charts below the summary stats.

Jumping to a Section

A row of quick-jump buttons below the summary stats scrolls the page directly to a specific section: Active Users, Share Types, Latest Activities, or Microapps.

Total Sessions

A chart showing session volume over time, broken down by session type. Three display modes are available:

Stacked	Shows each session type as a stacked bar per time period, so the total bar height reflects combined volume.
Lines	Shows each session type as a separate line over time, for comparing trends between types.
Total only	Shows a single combined total per time period, without the type breakdown.

Session types shown: Web App, Native App, and Share Link.

Active Users

A combination chart showing total sessions as bars and unique users as a line, over the selected date range. Use this to see whether session growth is coming from more activity by the same users, or from new users engaging with the library.

Sessions by Share Link Type

A donut chart breaking down sessions by how the viewer accessed the microapp:

Agent	Sessions originating from an AI agent.
Embed	Sessions from an embedded microapp on a third-party page.
HubSpot	Sessions from a HubSpot-integrated form or share.
Outreach	Sessions from an Outreach-integrated share.
Standard	Sessions from a standard share link.
Direct	Sessions from a direct share.

Note: Share links may have been created outside the currently selected date filter. The chart reflects sessions within the date range, not when the underlying share link was created.

Latest Activities

A searchable list of each user's most recent microapp interaction: who took the action, what they did (viewed or shared), which microapp, and how long ago.

Microapps

A searchable, ranked list of microapps with sessions in the selected period, each showing total session count and a relative bar for quick visual comparison.

Exporting Engagement Data

Select Export to download engagement data as a CSV. The export modal lets you scope the file before downloading:

Microapp	Export data for all microapps, or narrow to specific ones.
Group	Export data for all groups, or narrow to a specific group.
Month	Select the specific month to export.

The export reflects the timezone shown at the bottom of the modal. Select Export CSV to generate and download the file.

Classic View

Select Classic view, in the top right of the Engagement page, to return to the previous engagement layout. Classic view is organized as three panels:

Users	A ranked list of users by session count, with Overall Activity and My Activity tabs to switch between library-wide and personal activity.
Microapps	A ranked list of microapps by session count for the library.
Latest User Activity	A chronological feed of user actions, grouped by date.

Classic view also shows Total Sessions, User Sessions, Non-User Sessions, and Completions as summary numbers, along with its own All Microapps and date range filters, and an Export CSV option.

My Activity (Classic View)

Within Classic view, selecting My Activity narrows the view to the signed-in user's own activity: their shares, sessions, and completions, their most engaged recipients with a link to Tiled Score, and a log of recent recipient views with session duration and a thumbnail of the viewed microapp.

Tip: Use My Activity when you want a personal view of how your own shares are performing, rather than the full library's activity.
