Marketo Integration

The Tiled + Marketo Integration lets you add a Munchkin tracking code to your microapps, sending microapp engagement data directly into your Marketo instance. Use this integration to track visitor activity, tie microapp interactions to Marketo leads, and measure content performance without leaving Marketo.

Add the Marketo Integration

The Marketo Integration is applied at the Library-level. This means you must enable the Marketo Integration in each microapp library you want to track. Note: A Marketo Integration at the Account level is not currently available.

  1. Navigate to Settings in the Library Navigation bar.
  2. Scroll down to Integrations.
  3. Click Browse Apps.
  4. Select Adobe Marketo Engage.
  5. Add a Name, Description and Munchkin Tracking code for this integration. To obtain your Munchkin tracking code follow these instructions.
  6. Click Connect

You can add multiple Marketo IDs to your Tiled account, but we recommend using one ID per library to keep your tracking organized.

Activate Marketo Tracking in the Microapp Settings

Once a Marketo Integration has been added to your library, you will need to activate the tracking code in the microapp settings to begin tracking your microapp with Marketo.

  1. Edit a microapp.
  2. Navigate to the Microapp Settings (the gear icon at the top of the builder).
  3. Select Integrations.
  4. Toggle the Adobe Marketo Integration on.
  5. Publish your microapp.

Edit or Delete a Marketo Integration

  1. Navigate to Settings in the Library Navigation bar.
  2. Scroll down to Integrations.
  3. Identify the Marketo Integration you want to edit or delete, then click its name. A modal will appear where you can update the integration details or delete it.
  4. Edit the name or description as needed, then click Save. To remove the integration, click Delete. Note: Deleting an integration will disable Marketo tracking on all microapps where it is currently active.
