      Welcome to the Beta Phase:

      Thank you for participating in the Beta phase of the Next-Gen Tiled Builder! Your feedback during this phase is crucial to shaping the future of our platform. We’re eager to hear your thoughts and insights as you explore the new features and capabilities of the Next-Gen Builder.

      Objective:

      The Beta phase expands our testing to select users like you, helping us refine the platform before its full public release. We aim to gather your feedback on usability, performance, and overall experience.

      Key Features to Explore:

      1. Rich Text Tile: Add rich text to your microapps and customize it with various formatting options. Test how this new tile integrates into your microapp designs.

      2. Global Navigation: Use the new global navigation feature to seamlessly manage microapps with multiple pages or complex layouts.

      3. Scrolling Experience: Experience the new scrolling configuration for the scroll tile.

      4. Canvas Zoom and Guides: Try panning in and out of the canvas using the new zoom feature to easily edit. Leverage the guides to precisely position the tiles in your design.

      Your Role as a Beta Tester:

      • Explore the Platform: Dive into creating microapps using the new Next-Gen Builder features. Explore rich text formatting, drag-and-drop tiles, and more.

      • Provide Feedback: We need your thoughts on the usability and performance of the new features. What works well? What could be improved? Your detailed feedback will help us improve the final product.

      • Identify Bugs: If you encounter any bugs or performance issues, let us know. Use the built-in feedback system to submit bug reports directly to our team.

      What We’re Looking for:

      1. Ease of Use: How intuitive do you find the new interface and features? Can you quickly create the microapps you envision?

      2. Performance: How does the platform perform when building larger microapps or handling more complex designs? Are there any lags or slowdowns?

      3. Suggestions for Improvement: Let us know if there are additional features or functionalities you think would improve the experience.

      How to Submit Feedback:

      • Use the feedback system in the Next-Gen Builder to submit reports. We’ve included options for reporting bugs, suggesting new features, and providing general feedback.

      • We’ll follow up regularly to ensure we’re addressing your concerns promptly.

      Next Steps:

      • You will have access to the Beta starting November. During this time, we’ll push regular updates based on your feedback, so don’t hesitate to share your insights.

      • As a thank-you for your participation, you’ll receive early access to the GA release.

      Timeline:

      • Beta phase ends December 31st, and the platform is scheduled for General Availability (GA) in Q1. Your feedback during this period will directly shape the final product.

      • Although, the Beta Program ends in December, you will continue to have access to the new builder until GA.
