How to understand the data in my CSV export?

Users with Admin and Editor permissions can export Engagement data from their Tiled account.

CSV Data Points

Your CSV will have the following data points for each corresponding microapp and session. Some fields may by blank such as Instance ID if the microapp does not include personalization.

1. Session Viewer Direct - Your session viewer will reflect the email address associated with the microapp share link.
Subtag - Your session viewer will reflect the email address associated with the microapp share link.
Public - Your session viewer will reflect a system-generated email associated with public links.
2. Viewer Name Viewer Name has a dependency on how it is added to Tiled or the marketing tool as a contact, which is why you may see only a first name.
Direct - Your viewer name will reflect the name of the contact created by the Tiled user.
Subtag - Your viewer name will reflect the name of the contact as listed in the marketing tool.
Public - Your viewer name will reflect the name you gave the public link before generating a link.
3. Microapp Name The name of the microapp that was viewed during the session.
4. Instance Name The name of the instance viewed for the microapp session.
5. Start Time The date and time the session began in the timezone the CSV was set to. If the CSV timezone was not updated, the default timezone is UTC.
6. Duration (seconds) The amount of time spent in the microapp during this session in seconds.
7. Engagement Score See Tiled and Engagement Score
8. Microapp ID This is the unique identifier for your microapp and another way to sort the raw data.
9. Session ID This is the unique identifier for the specific session for a microapp.
10. Instance ID This is the unique identifier for the instance that was viewed in the microapp session.
11. Completion Name If you have completion events in your microapp and a user completes them, there will be a column for each completed event. The column name will be a system-generated user-friendly name for the event. The value will be the date and time the event was completed.

By default, CSV exports are based on the UTC (coordinated universal time) timezone.
