To remove or upload a new Cover Image, simply hover over your existing Cover Image in the Publish Modal and hit the trash can icon. 🗑️ Then select your new Cover Image asset to upload.

Tags

The Tags area allows you to apply an existing Tag or create a new one at the time of publishing. Tags allow you to search for and filter microapps from within your library. Tiled has default tags based on format (desktop, mobile) and feature set (personalization) however you can create your own tags to organize your assets in your own way. You can learn more about Tags, here.

Publish to all groups

If you've segmented the users of your Tiled library by groups, you'll be able to decide here if you want to publish the microapp to all groups - or select the relevant group(s) to publish to.

Notify Users

Every time you publish a microrapp, you're able to notify the Tiled users within your account of the changes that you've made - and even craft a custom Subject Line & corresponding Message.

This message will be sent via email - as well as a push notification through Tiled's native mobile app (so long as the user has push notifications enabled).

Publish all adaptive formats

If you have multiple formats of a microapp (ex: desktop & mobile) you can decide if you want to publish ALL formats at once, or strictly the format that you're on.

Note: Any / all changes that you make to your microapps, require publishing (or republishing) in order to see the latest changes reflect within your library - as well as previously share links.

If you have pending changes in multiple formats (ex: desktop & mobile) you'll need to either publish them independently - or you can use this handy toggle to make your life easier 😁

Share and View your Microapp

Once your publish is complete, you'll be problem to either share or view your microapp:
