How to Log In to Tiled

Let’s walk through every way you can log in to Tiled — browser, Google, Microsoft, Okta, and the mobile app — so you can get in quickly no matter how your organization is set up.

If you don’t have a Tiled account yet, sign up for a free trial at app.tiled.co/signup. Once you have an account, use one of the methods below.

To view, edit or manage your Tiled microapps, you must log into your Tiled account from one of the following locations:

To ensure that you have access to all of the features of the Tiled application, Tiled recommends that you use one of the following internet browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.

1. Log In With Email and Password

The standard path for accounts not using single sign-on.

1. Go to the login page — open app.tiled.co/login in your browser.

2. Enter your credentials — type the email address and password associated with your Tiled account.

3. Select Sign In — Tiled validates your credentials and takes you to your Library.

Forgot your password?

1. Select “Forgot password? — on the login page.

2. Enter your email address — Tiled sends you a password reset link.

3. Follow the link — set a new password and log in.

Pro Tip: Tiled recommends Chrome, Firefox, or Safari for the best experience. If you’re having trouble logging in, try a different browser before reaching out to support.

If your company has configured Tiled for Single Sign-On (SSO) using Google or Okta, you can click the applicable sign-in button. For more information, see What is Single Sign On?

2. Log In With Google (SSO)

Available to enterprise customers using Google Workspace (G-Suite for Business). Your organization’s admin must configure Google SSO in Account Settings first.

1. Select “Sign in with Google” — on the Tiled login page.

2. Enter your company domain — type the domain part of your company email address. Example: if your email is name@company.com, enter company.com.

3. Complete Google authentication — a pop-up window opens requesting your Google credentials, or lets you select an account already signed in.

4. Select Next — once authenticated, Tiled brings you to your Library.

Heads Up: If the Google authentication pop-up doesn’t appear, your browser pop-up blocker may be preventing it. Disable the blocker for app.tiled.co and try again.

Scenario

What to Expect

Existing Google-linked account

Sign in with Google continues to work without any re-authorization.

New user signing in with Google

The updated flow applies automatically on first sign-in.

Expired or failed session

A clear error message and retry option appear rather than a blank screen.

 3. Log In With Microsoft

Microsoft sign-in is now available on the Tiled login screen. It supports both personal Microsoft accounts and organizational accounts through Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). No admin configuration is required for users; your organization’s admin enables the option in Account Settings.

1. Select “Sign in with Microsoft” — on the Tiled login pagetiled-button-microsoft@2x

2. Complete Microsoft authentication — sign in with your Microsoft account credentials in the window that opens.

3. Select Next — Tiled authenticates you and brings you to your Library.

Scenario

What to Expect

New user

Select Sign in with Microsoft and complete the Microsoft authentication flow. Your Tiled account is created automatically.

Existing user

If your Tiled account email matches your Microsoft account email, Tiled links them automatically on first Microsoft sign-in.

Expired or failed session

A clear error message and retry option appear rather than a blank screen.

Pro Tip: Microsoft sign-in is the recommended option for organizations on Microsoft 365 or Azure AD. It keeps your Tiled access tied to your organizational identity, so access is automatically revoked when someone leaves the organization.

4. Log In With Okta (SSO)

Available to organizations using Okta for single sign-on. Your organization’s admin must configure Okta SSO in Account Settings first. To configure Okta for your organization, see How to configure SAML for Tiled

1. Select “Sign in with Okta” — on the Tiled login page.

2. Enter your company email address — and select Next.

3. Complete Okta authentication — Okta validates your credentials and returns you to Tiled.

5. Log In Through the Tiled Mobile App

The Tiled app is available for iOS and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, then log in using any of the methods above.

1. Open the Tiled app — after downloading and installing it on your device.

2. Enter your email and password — or select your SSO provider if your organization has it enabled.

3. Select Sign In — Tiled brings you to your Library on mobile.

Try It Yourself: Try logging in with each method your organization supports, starting with email and password. Understanding how your SSO works before you need it in the field means you’re never stuck at a login screen mid-presentation.
